Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning for production machines and resources
  • Carry out and coordinate Engineering activities to meet yields, capacity, efficiency and productivity
  • Generate process flow, process specification and work instructions per requirements
  • Design or provide concept for Process Devices, Tools and Fixture with ability to perform trouble-shooting
  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement Activities and Projects to improve efficiency, quality and/or cost
  • Create and / or maintain SMT, Routing and Work Station Set-up including line balancing
  • Implementation of Maintenance Programs
  • Training of Operators and Maintenance Personnel in SMT
  • Participate in start-up meetings for new product introductions and involve in new product transitions
  • Conduct process, jig and fixture and machine qualification prior to mass production
  • Work with supporting engineering teams related to parts and product evaluations
  • Lead and conduct process improvement activities
  • Establish and implement process control systems to ensure process and product quality consistency
  • Provide the necessary process trainings to related staffs and operators training requirements
  • Provide management with the relevant reports related to production yield, capacity, efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and initiate cost control plans, implement and enforce compliance

Requirements

  • BS Degree/Diploma/Technical Certificate

Sales & Marketing Director

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global sales & marketing teams to achieve the sales revenue targets
  • Develop Sale & Marketing strategy for new and existing products/services
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization
  • Development new sales opportunities and ensure continuous growth
  • Set sales revenue targets as approved by management
  • Develop sales materials (presentation) and collateral to enable effective customer engagement

Test Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
  • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
  • Develop electrical and functional Test program for production
  • Install, configure and verify the test program

Requirements

  • Possess a degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Science.

Product Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Act as the manufacturing liaison to the engineering development team
  • Perform functional, usability, integration, and stress testing of new software and hardware
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, root-cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes
  • Work with developers, project managers, and suppliers to track, report, and verify bugs
  • Develop automated test scripts for software installation, functional test, and burn-in
  • Evaluate and procure test fixtures and test equipment

Requirements

  • BS Degree in a Technical Field of Study (CS, EE, ME, MET) or equivalent experience

Mold Maker

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate between Machinist and Tooling Engineer
  • Check and control tooling dimensions

Requirements

  • NTC 2 Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Knowledge of plastics injection molding

CNC Mill Machinist

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Levels or Technical Certificate

EDM Machinist

Machinist

Responsibilities

QC Inspector

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspection on the production lines
  • Carry out approval of samples submitted by production for mass production
  • Feedback quality problem to production and solicit for corrective action
  • Generate QC inspection reports

Requirements

  • Secondary 2 education and above
  • Preferably know how to use measuring equipment
  • Preferably know how to use Excel

Production Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all activities in production operations
  • Plan work schedules for operators and organize accordingly
  • Conduct production meetings to highlight all production problems
  • Troubleshoot and adjust machine to meet quality requirements
  • Monitor and check on parts produced to ensure acceptable conditions
  • Prepare report on production stoppage due to machine, mold, and equipment breakdowns
  • Monitor cycle times and adjust accordingly to meet target
  • Analyze and implement solution on problems pertaining to the quality of parts
  • Check in process production and monitoring report and record in Injection plastic daily report
  • Endorse production update to the next shift supervisor
  • Coordinate with QC/QA regarding quality problems
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superior to achieve department objective

Requirements

  • ITE or Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Plastics Manufacturing Firm
  • Knowledge of MS Office and reading mold drawings

Production Technician

Responsibilities

  • Set up mold and adjust machine to meet quality requirements in production as well as submit to QC for approval
  • Conduct troubleshooting on part defects and execute corrective action to minimize rejection
  • Prepare materials needed for production
  • Check material stock on the central material conveying area and report to the shift supervisor any unavailable material that is needed for production
  • Monitor and check on parts produced and ensure it is in acceptable condition
  • Monitor cycle time and adjust if necessary to meet target
  • Withdraw packaging materials that will be used in production operations
  • Assist supervisor in analyzing and implementing solutions on problems pertaining to the quality of the parts
  • Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and safety rules and regulations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor to achieve department objective

Requirements

  • NTC 3 diploma holder
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in injection molding operations
  • Able to read mold drawing and understand simple electrical circuits

Production Operator

Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting to production supervisor for work schedule
  • Operates injection-molding machine
  • Product quantity and quality checking
  • Degate and deflash injection molded parts
  • Prepare carton boxes, layer pads, plastic trays needed in production
  • Pack molded plastic parts following ISO 9001, ISO13485 and safety rules and regulations
  • Implement 5S and good house keeping in the production area
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superior to achieve department objective

Requirements

  • At least primary school education or above
  • Able to solve simple mathematics
  • Experience not necessary as training will be provided
